No Retaliation

To ensure that we live our value to “Do the Right Thing”, SunPower encourages employees to say something if they see something that they believe may violate the law or SunPower’s policies, including the Code of Conduct.

SunPower has a strict policy of non-retaliation. This means you will not be subject to retaliation for any report of a suspected violation that is made in good faith, even if it later turns out to be factually incorrect. Doing the right thing also means that knowingly providing false or misleading information or abusing this Helpline will not be tolerated.

Our Commitment

Our Code of Business Conduct and Ethics (“Code of Conduct”) contains general guidelines for conducting business with the highest standards of ethics and in alignment with SunPower’s values. SunPower expects that our employees, and third parties working on SunPower’s behalf, always do the right thing. This includes properly reporting and elevating concerns.

SunPower is committed to creating and fostering an environment where open, honest communications are the expectation, not the exception. We want you to feel comfortable approaching your supervisor or management in instances where you believe potential violations of policies or law have occurred.

SunPower encourages you to submit reports relating to potential violations of our Code of Conduct, other SunPower policies, or the law.

SunPower takes all reports to this helpline seriously. The information you provide will be sent to SunPower by EthicsPoint on a confidential and anonymous basis, if you should choose. You have our commitment that your reports will be reviewed and taken seriously.
